There are two ways to access the chat room. One is via the web with a Java applet, the other is through an IRC client such as mIrc.
You must be able to use Java to access the chat room this way. Simply click on the link below, which will open a new window. On the screen, enter the nickname you wish to use, and click "connect". This will automatically take you to the #dkeb chatroom.
There are several software packages that will allow you to access IRC. The most common is mIrc, which is available to download at http://www.mirc.com.
